WHY IS PCOS AWARENESS IMPORTANT IN THE
PHILIPPINES?

The first PCOS Lay Forum in the Philippines was conducted by the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Cotabato Regional and Medical Center on September 23, 2022 (Hepo, 2022). Although this forum reached only a certain amount of audience, this indicates that the government is becoming more aware of the urgency to inform the people about PCOS.
